The range of solubilities of dextrin adhesives are advantageous in that there can be formulated a range of solutions of very different viscosities leading to a variety of gel strengths. These formulations can then be further modified as described in the next section. Generally the same additives and processes used for starch adhesives are used for formulating dextrin adhesives.

Pasting and Corrugation Gum powder are used for the manufacture of Corrugated Box Manufacturing. The process and raw manterial used in the manufacture of Pasting Gum Powder as well as Corrugation Gum are the same as mentioned in Dextrin. The heating process of cold changes from high to moderate to maintain the viscosity.

The stitching wire is an essential part in the manufacture of Corrugated Boxes. Depends on the climatic changes the wire are also been used with different grades. They are available Gl, MS Rust Proof, Copper as well as in Brass with different thickness and sizes depends on the requirement of the end users.

The adhesive industry uses large amounts of yellow Dextrin in the preparation of liquid and dry adhesives. Dextrins go into solution instantly and with a lesser quantity of water.
